And let’s not forget about my husband—while the spotlight often shines on the bride, Ali made sure he was well supported too. She also had tissues at the ready for our happy tears, proving she was prepared for all the emotions of the day. We had originally planned to marry on the beach, but the unpredictable North Queensland weather had other ideas. Ali’s quick thinking and resourcefulness shone through as she seamlessly executed a Plan B that turned out to be even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Seriously, you made our "family holiday with a wedding on the side" a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn't be happier! From the moment we got in touch, you made us feel like old friends, not just clients. And that idea you had for our ceremony location in Palm Cove? Pure genius! We couldn't have asked for a more picture-perfect spot. It was like something out of a fairy tale. Ali is amazing! She slipped into our small, intimate, remote wedding like she had known us and our handful of family and friends forever. So much so that we didn't want her flying the next day because we enjoyed her and our other vendors company so much! There is no one else we could've imagined to be with us on a day we will remember and talk about for the rest of our lives. We flew her all the way up to Cape York. Right from the first phone call we knew she was going to be the perfect person to make us officially Mr & Mrs and we cannot thank her enough for the beautiful ceremony she gave us. The whole process from start to finish was effortless and she really made took the time to get to know us and created a personalised ceremony that felt like someone who knew us for 20 years had written it! She also was incredibly supportive leading up to and on the day of the wedding and we knew she had our back 100% with anything we needed/wanted, it made something that would be usually so nerve racking, relaxing, easy & enjoyable. Ali created the most well written, unique ceremony imaginable! I loved how she encouraged us to make it as “us” as possible. Speaking with so much sincerity, it was clear that she really meant every beautiful word she said about both marriage and us. Ali was such a special part of our intimate elopement, we cannot imagine what our day would have been like without her! From the beginning she was so warm, enthusiastic, professional and really felt like a friend we had known for years. I was worried about not finding a celebrant that would feel like the right fit, but we absolutely couldn’t have found someone more perfect! Her guidance and resources to create our customised ceremony were so helpful, we wanted something that wasn’t super traditional, and Ali created the most sentimental, well written, unique ceremony imaginable! I loved how much she encouraged us to make it as “us” as possible. On Ali’s way to our ceremony at Emerald Creek, the Kuranda range was closed off and Ali had to go the long way round, up the Gillies( an extra 2 hours to get to us). When she arrived at our very exposed, outdoor elopement location, it was pouring rain! Despite all the chaos, Ali was cool, calm and collected, while also bringing joy and laughter. She conducted the ceremony so effortlessly, her soothing voice was so comforting and she even held our little wriggly toddler while our witness did a guided meditation to open our ceremony. She spoke with so much sincerity, it was clear that she really meant every beautiful word she said about both marriage and us. There was a few more hiccups at the end of the day thanks to the rain (flooded creek crossings, having to leave her car at the location, the range was still closed = a very late night) but despite everything that unfolded, Ali remained so calm, kept everyone positive and really was just the best energy to have in such crazy circumstances. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with Ali and recommend her flawless celebrant services to anyone who wants their special day to be as memorable as ours. Thank you again Ali, for everything!
